This policy explains what Arro AI Solutions LLC ("Arro", "we", "us") collects when you visit our website, contact us, or become a client, and how we use it. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Arro AI Solutions LLC is a Michigan business that builds booking and marketing systems for local service businesses and private medical practices, including instant-text booking, AI phone answering, websites, lead generation, and CRM automation. We are based in Macomb, Michigan.
What we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Your name, business name, email, and phone number
- Anything you write in a form, text, email, or call with us
Information collected automatically when you visit the site: basic analytics such as pages viewed and general device and referral data. We do not collect more than we need.
How we use it
- To respond to you and schedule calls
- To deliver the services you ask for
- To send you messages about your enquiry or your account
- To improve the site
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our form or give consent on a call, we may text you about your enquiry, your appointment, or your account. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described here, and is shared only with the messaging providers we use to send them.
Lead information we handle for businesses we work with
Some businesses we work with run Facebook or Instagram lead ads. If a business authorizes us to connect its lead forms to our service, Meta may send us the information a person submits on that business's form, such as name, phone number, email address, and answers to the form's questions, including any choice about receiving text messages, along with when the form was submitted. We process this information on behalf of that business and for the purposes it has engaged us for, such as helping it follow up with people who contacted it. The business that ran the ad remains responsible for its lead information.
If the business has set this up and the person has given any consent the business requires, we may send a text message on the business's behalf, for example to confirm that the business received the inquiry. Not every form submission results in a text message. Reply STOP to any message to stop further texts to that number. We do not sell this information. We may share it with the service providers that help us deliver the business's service, such as our hosting and text-message providers, and as otherwise described in this policy. Lead forms we handle are not intended to collect health information, so please do not include health information in a lead form.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM, scheduling, messaging, and analytics tools, and only so they can do that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices and deleting your information
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. Email logancollins@arroaisolutions.com and we will take care of it.
To ask us to delete information we hold about you, including information from a lead form we handle for a business, email logancollins@arroaisolutions.com or call (586) 203-7072 and tell us the phone number or email address you used. We will review your request and delete the information we are able to delete. We may keep some information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need to, such as a record that you asked us not to text you. If the information came from a business we work with, we may refer your request to that business or work with it to respond.
