Arro AI Solutions LLC is a Michigan business that builds booking and marketing systems for local service businesses and private medical practices, including instant-text booking, AI phone answering, websites, lead generation, and CRM automation. We are based in Macomb, Michigan.

What we collect

• Anything you write in a form, text, email, or call with us

Information collected automatically when you visit the site: basic analytics such as pages viewed and general device and referral data. We do not collect more than we need.

How we use it

• To respond to you and schedule calls

• To send you messages about your enquiry or your account
• To improve the site

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our form or give consent on a call, we may text you about your enquiry, your appointment, or your account. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described here, and is shared only with the messaging providers we use to send them.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM, scheduling, messaging, and analytics tools, and only so they can do that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices
