These terms cover your use of the Arro AI Solutions LLC website and services. By using the site, booking a call, or engaging us, you agree to them.
What we do
Arro AI Solutions LLC builds booking and marketing systems for local service businesses and private medical practices: instant-text booking, AI phone answering, websites, lead generation, CRM automation, and social media management. The exact scope, deliverables, and price of any project are set out in a separate written agreement between us and each client.
Booking a call
Booking a call or submitting the form does not create a paid agreement. It is a no-obligation conversation. Paid work begins only under a separate written agreement.
Payment
Fees, billing, and payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement.
Results
We build these systems carefully and in good faith, but outside of any specific guarantee written into your service agreement, we do not promise a particular number of leads, bookings, or sales. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, your pricing, and how quickly you follow up.
Your responsibilities
If you become a client, you agree to give us accurate information about your business, respond to leads we deliver, and follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your industry and your advertising.
Liability
The site and services are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost revenue.
